If you purchased sold-by-weight meat, poultry, pork, and seafood products and certain organic oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and navel oranges from October 19, 2018 through and including January 19, 2024, you may be eligible to file a claim.
How Much will I Receive?
With proof of purchase, class members will receive up to $500. Without proof of purchase, class members will receive up to $25.
