- If you received more than one telephone solicitation, call in a 12-month period between April 27, 2019 and October 31, 2025 and were on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.
- If you received more than one telephone solicitation, call in a 12-month period between April 27, 2019 and October 31, 2025 after the person asked to register the telephone number on Sirius XM’s internal Do-Not-Call list.
How Much will I Receive?
- Under the Settlement, Sirius XM shall pay a non-reversionary sum of $28 million dollars the Settlement Fund, from which cash payments to members of the Settlement Class, notice and administrative costs related to the Settlement, Class Counsels’ attorneys’ fees and expenses, costs, and service awards for the Named Plaintiffs will be paid.
