Do I Qualify?
If you purchased select Sealy 1250 thread count bedding products, including but not limited to bedsheets or pillowcases between October 19, 2016, and October 30, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a payment from a class action settlement.
How Much will I Receive?
Settlement Class Members can receive $5 per product purchased during the Class Period. You can file a Claim Form for:
- Class members with proof of purchase can claim an unlimited number of products.
- Class members without proof of purchase can p to eight products per household (up to $40 total).
You can make both a claim for purchases without Proof of Purchase and purchases with Proof of Purchase and you will be paid for the total amount of such a combined claim, subject to the limits above regarding claims without Proof of Purchase being limited to eight Products.
