Do I Qualify?

If you are 1 of 73 million former or current customers of AT&T, whose data was leaked during either of the two data breaches and experienced losses as a result, you may qualify. Still not sure if you qualify? You can do 1 of 2 things; search the email address connected to your account or click through to the “Submit Claim” page and answer a few questions to see if you do. If you're checking your email, look for an email from [email protected] or a physical mail notice from Kroll Settlement Administration containing your class member ID.

How Much will I Receive?

That depends on which type of claimant you are. Claimants part of the first data breach in March, can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses. Claimants part of the second data breach in July, can claim up to $2,500 for documented losses. If you're an overlap class member (a claimant affected by both breaches), you can claim up to $7,500 for your documented losses.
