Eternity Flooring Class Action Settlement

If you've purchased select Chinese-made Eternity Floors laminate flooring products between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2016, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement. Verified purchasers can receive either a cash benefit or a Store credit Voucher equal to the Original Purchase Price. Other purchasers can receive either a cash benefit or a Store credit Voucher, either totaling 50% of the Original Purchase Price. Those who qualify can claim $1 in cash per bottle purchased, up to 20 bottles for a total of $20. Limited to one claim per household.

The claim period ends 4/14/20, so be sure to file by that date if you qualify.
