This was easy! All I had to do was give them the purchase date and price paid (from receipt) and the UPC info from the package and I got a check in a couple of weeks! Nothing to send in. Great deal! On the down-side...I wasn't impressed with the product at all so it's a good thing they offer a guarantee.
