| If you cannot read the security code when the page first opens hit F5 (refresh) until you get a code you can make out. If you wait and then refresh you'll have to re-enter all of your info. This worked for me, hope it helps! |

| Maybe they fixed the code now.I had no trouble and it was easy to read.Ordered for a friend also and had no problem. |

| I tried typing the code several different ways--case sensitive, etc., but it keeps telling me "invalid security code". |

| Yeah, that captcha was nearly impossible to read. I just kept refreshing the page until one came up that I knew I could read. Wait for that before filling in the form- thankfully I use an autofill option! |

| I too had trouble with the code and nearly gave up. Then I closed it and reloaded it so I would get a different code that was easier to read and it worked. It works whether you check the little box or not. I did notice their number 1's in the code look a lot like l small L's. That turned out to be the issue with mine. |

| If you are having problems with the code maybe you need to type the letter or letters exactly as they are. When I first put in the code I didn't cap one of the letters so I had a problem. It gave me an error message. I retyped the code exactly as it was, use caps when the letters required caps. It worked! |

I too, tried the security code several times, to no avail...
8/9~ I finally got it to work today. I also checked the box right above the code....just maybe, that was why it didn't work...hmmmm!? |
