Sam's Club Class Action Settlement
If you purchased select fresh products such as seafood, meat items, bakery items or produce items at Sam's Club on or after Sept. 11, 2008, or Sept. 11, 2009 for most states thru Nov. 9, 2017, you may be eligible to receive a free $10 gift card.
The Gift Card’s estimated value will be $10, but could be higher if the total claims do not exhaust the available settlement funds, or could be lower if the number of claims are greater than anticipated. Gift Cards will be sent to the email address provided or, if necessary, to your residential address. You must be a Sam's Club member to qualify. No receipts are required.
The claim period ends 3/26/18, so be sure to file by that date.
