Waste Industries Settlement
If you were you a customer of Waste Industries during March 3, 2011 through September 15, 2017, you may be eligible for a payment if you paid fuel or environmental fees or surcharges to Waste Industries LLC and/or to any of its affiliated companies during that time frame.
The amount each claimant will receive depends on the fees they paid and the total number of Class Members who submit timely and valid claims. The amount you will receive will be announced at a later date. No proof required.
The claim period ends 1/26/18, so be sure to file by that date.
