Grove Square Coffee Class Action Settlement
If you bought select Grove Square Coffee products in Alabama, California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee between September 30, 2010, thru September 30, 2014, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement. Alabama will receive a maximum of $100 per Class Member, New York will receive a maximum of $275 per Class Member, California, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina & Tennessee can receive a maximum of $75 per Class Member.
The claim period ends 5/7/20, so be sure to file by that date if you qualify.
