Shell Eggs Class Action Settlement
If you purchased select Shell Eggs or Egg products between Jan. 1, 2000 and Dec. 19, 2014, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement.
You must provide proof of purchase or other supporting documentation on your shell egg purchases. The amount you will receive will be pro rated based on the dollar amount of your purchases of eligible Shell Eggs in the United States compared to the total purchases by all claimants.
Print the form, enclose proof of purchase and mail to:
