Rust-Oleum Spray Paint Class Action Settlement
If you purchased select Rust-Oleum 2X Spray Paint products between December 12, 2011 and May 30, 2017, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement.
This settlement has three seperate tiers for making a claim. Tier one allows you to get a $1 per unit for up to a maximum of three units ($3), no proof of purchase required. Tier two allows $1.50 per unit for up to a maximum of four units ($6) with no proof of purchase, but you must provide additional details. Tier three allows the amount for which valid proof of purchase has been provided, up to $20.
The claim period ends 10/16/17, so be sure to file by that date.
