Ross Class Action Settlement - LAST DAY
TODAY is the LAST DAY to submit a claim! If you made a purchase at Ross stores you may be eligible to receive a free store credit or cash settlement. The case centers around the Compare At price part of the Ross tag. If you purchased one or more items from a Ross store between June 20, 2011 and the present, with a Ross price tag that included a “Compare At” price, and you have not received a refund or credit for all of your purchases, you may be eligible to receive benefits from a Settlement with Ross.
