If you purchased packaged ice from the grocery store - The Home City Ice Company, Arctic Glacier Inc., Arctic Glacier International Inc., Arctic Glacier Income Fund, Reddy Ice Corporation, Reddy Ice Holdings Inc from 1/1/01 - 3/6/08 you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement.

States include: Arizona, Arkansas, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin or Wyoming.

You can receive up to a $12 refund without proof of purchase. If you have proof of purchase you can claim the $12 plus $2 for each additional bag. The claim period ends 5/17/17, so be sure to file your claim before then!
