HMI Industries Class Action Settlement - Claim $100 Cash
After a lawsuit against HMI Industries, people who receive a promotional sweepstakes “scratcher” ticket and purchased a Filter Queen product between September 9, 2009 and January 2, 2018 may be able to receive a $100 cash payment or a $300 voucher for HMI Filtration products. Proof of purchase not required but does ask for a claim number.
If you qualify and would like to receive the $300 voucher you don't need to do anything. If you'd like to receive the $100 payment in lieu of the $300 voucher, be sure to submit the claim by July 16, 2019.
