If you purchased Filippo Berio Olive Oil from May 23, 2010 to June 30, 2015 the product was labeled as “Imported from Italy”, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement.
You can receive a cash settlement of 0.50 per bottle, up to 10 bottles ($2) with no proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any claim over 10 bottles. The claim period ends 5/10/17, so be sure to file by that date.
