23andMe DNA Testing Kit Class Action Settlement
If you have purchased a Personal Genome Service, from 23andMe between October 16, 2007 to November 22, 2013, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement or certificate to use on the 23andMe website.
You can receive a cash payment of $12.50 or a $40 certificate toward the purchase of a new Genetic Testing Kit from 23andMe. One claim per household.
To file a caim, print off, fill in and mail the claim form. All claims must be postmarked no later than 12/6/17.
