9. Contact Companies for FREE Samples

Don't be afraid to use those contact forms on your favorite baby product manufacturer sites. Let them know you're a new/expecting mom and was interesting in trying their product. Some companies will gladly send you free samples, others will send you high value coupons. It doesn't hurt to try! Boudreaux's Butt Paste sent me some really nice samples a few years ago - as well as Beech-nut.
 

10. Doctor's Offices - FREE Sample Treasure chest!

Many people don't realize that Doctors offices are often loaded with free samples! Ask your OB and pediatrician for samples on formula, diaper rash cream, tylenol and vitamins. Pharmaceutical companies send Doctors boxes of free samples hoping they will pass them out to their patients! Don't be afraid to ask your nurse to check.
