Target Drive Up will Include Starbucks & Returns
Breaking news - curbside pickup just got even more convenient
Starting this fall at select stores, Target shoppers can pick up a Starbucks drink and process returns without leaving the car. This is a huge convenience, or shall I even say luxury for us consumers. I don't doubt the test stores will see very popular results and will then see every Target offer Starbucks (if your store has) and returns through drive-up! Target drive up is such a great feature I personally use it almost every week to quickly grab grocery and household items without leaving my car. In the press release Targets chief store officer Mark Schindele said, “Our guests continue to tell us they love the ease and convenience of Drive Up, and they have been asking us to add even more of the Target experience to the service. Adding a Starbucks order and easy returns, while expanding our backup item options, will give guests even more of what they love about shopping at Target, quickly and easily.”
I hope other stores are paying attention and will allow returns curbside too!
