Enfamil Class Action Settlement - Claim $3 per Formula

There is a new $8.4 million Mead Johnson & Company class action lawsuit to resolve claims it inflated the number of bottles its Enfamil formula products could make. Enfamil will be making cash payments and promised to change their labels going forward. Read below how you can submit a claim and if you qualify.
Do I Qualify?
If you purchased certain Enfamil formula products between 01/01/2017 – 06/23/2022 you qualify. You can see the complete list here but basically it's any Enfamil Formula over 14oz. Packages that claim "Makes __ 4 fl oz bottles"
How Much Can I Claim?
Depends on if you have proof or not. You will be paid $3 per product up to $15 with no proof. If you have proof you can claim up to $45. Fill out the registration form here and then submit a claim on the official settlement website here. If you have digital reciepts you can send in jpg or pdf of them too.
You will select your method of payment on the final part of the form. Submit your valid claim form by Oct. 31, 2022. As always, only submit claims that are honest.
