This is a great website, customer service was fast and very efficient. i was on the free sample list for @ 26 days before getting free catheters, then i found out that my insurance would cover them, (but not the whole cost) luckily, they waived the out of pocket. It REALLY helps (i am on a fixed income). i no longer need anibiotics, nor do i have to wash and reuse my caths anymore ( i get 200 a month now!) thanks alot cathforfree!

I too was put on a wait list. I got a phone message today that my insurance should cover my catheters 200 a month. However, we tried to go through the same program with my insurance that they were telling me about so I am not sure. I am not sure if I am ever going to get free catheters with this issue and the fact that I am down very far on a waiting list. I hope to get these things resolved. But I was called the day after I filled out the form. I couldn't believe that I got called back so soon.

I came across this company in the past. They did not provide catheters as promised. My insurance doesn't cover catheters. All they did was try to get me to switch to a company that did, which is fairly difficult with a new spinal cord injury. Kept on calling to see if I'd switched to a company that did cover catheters and never provided what they promised. Big dissapointment.
