| Got the book quickly and although I'd not actually quit from it I have went from a pack a day to a pack a week and that is only because I've smoked for 44 years and it's all psychological for me and not the withdrawal. I highly recommend this book to anyone who smokes!! |

| just got this book today, it took about 1 week to arrive for me, i got it for my parents who smoke and keep saying they are gonna quit, hopefully this will help. |

Received it in a couple of weeks (Canada), interesting book.
My husband didn't seem too excited about reading it though, and I thought it would be a good way to get him started on quitting. |
