Family Dollar Class Action Settlement
You may qualify to make a claim for the Family Dollar Class Action Settlement if you were sent text message advertisements by or on behalf of Family Dollar, as part of a subscription-based program, from October 16, 2013 to March 7, 2016. Deadline for filing a claim is June 3rd. Each Class Member will receive an estimated cash payment of $45 and a Family Dollar gift card for $30.
