Fresh Milk Products Class Action Settlement

If you purchased milk or other milk products including cream, half & half, yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, or sour cream you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement in the Fresh Milk Products Price-Fixing Class Action Lawsuit. To be eligible, you must have purchased at least one of the qualifying products since 2003 and have been a resident of one of the following states at the time of purchase.

States include: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

The claim period ends 1/31/17, so be sure to file your claim before then!
