Helpful Hint. I put in the phone number twice with dashes and was denied. Third attempt of entering phone number with no dashes or () or space was accepted.

| I've tried to order this sample several times and it nevr came. I believe it is for England only, If you are from North America it will waste your time to try and order it. Poepl in England have gotten there sample within days, for thhis reason, aswell as never receiving a sample or letter I believe it is a waste of time. |
