| I tried and tried this one and could not get it to work. Then I tried viewing in its original french version and it worked fine! so do try to fill it out on the french version and the code should work fine. |

| Form was easy to fill out- -part in english and part french it helps to know some french with this form and am interested to see what products they send. |

Translation is a little off other than that the form isn't to bad.
I signed up for this on January 9th and it is the end of May and I never received a thing :( |

| Finally I got a thank page but it is in french:) Merci:) The code is case sensitive so throw on caps and enter it in. The page appears to be a request a sample, problem, help page. In comments just write you are wanting to try a sample scroll down on your right it will have a circle to also do the same thing. Ill let you all know if I get anything:) |

Remember the code is CASE sensitive.
I had a hard time with it too for a minute but it worked right after I used the proper case |

I was unable to send my information. Did not have trouble with code, I don't think. Something would come up in French, so I would check everything again with no success!
