| I purchased this product (peanut butter)at my local grocery store and paid 3.39 for it- the rebate form says "the maximum rebate check not to exceed 5.49" for this particular product. I received a post card indicating that the product was not within the valid price range- I called CMS rebate center- the girl is trying to tell me that I will not receive the check because I didnt pay enough for the product(5.49). That is crap- and not what the form states- Apparently she dosent know the english language. I am in contact with Smart Balance and I will get to the bottom of this- if this is the case then there will be alot of people that will be getting the same post card as I did. Good Luck with this one. 12/16/08 with a little persistance I will be receiving my rebate- Apparently this happened to alot of people- but you just have to call and get it straightened out. |

| I sent in the rebate and it came back returned to me in the mail with "no such address" from the post office. I re-checked the address I wrote on the envelope with the one on the website and it was correct, so I emailed thier customer service and was told that that particular representative could not help me, but it would be forwarded to someone who could. After 2 weeks of recieving no response, I threw the envelope and materials away assuming it was a lost cause. A few days after that, someone finally responded to me, asking me the price of the item and that my refund would be in the mail. This seemed funny to me since they did not have my address. So I replied with my address, but still recieved no response after an entire week. After reading the poster before me, I would not reccommend wasting time sending this in. |

Don't waste time. I have the same problem too. I bought the Buttery Spread from Keyfood supermarket for a few dollars, definitely under $6.99. Sent long time ago and never receive the money back.
Bad. |
