Update: 5/12/2009 My formula sample came today, awesome! with coupons and booklet. Thanks so much Similac.
It's about 3-4 weeks now didn't receive it but Similac rep. phone me today confirming my address as it was returned to them.Silly me I forgot my apartment no.
