| hi im new to this site but i wanted to tell everyone i got my very first sample today 10/27/08 i got the sha bo call in sample what a really nice woman i spoke too very helpful called her friday 10/24/08 and got my sample today what a wonderful product i used it for my thinning spot due to cancer and it really does work |

| You can also send an email to the company to request a free sample. The email address is on their website which is www.shabocosmetics.com . The sample I asked for was postmarked the same day that I requested it. Also noteworthy is that their customer service (for questions about the product) is fantastic and very personal, either by phone or by email. This is a great product for people who are dealing with a hairloss problem, or just thinning hair (like me). |

| Fantastic customer service and very understanding to the customer. The CSR helped me with all my questions and very knowledgable about the subject. Very prompt in responding also. |

| Very friendly and personal customer service, and super-fast delivery. I'll be trying it tomorrow on my post-menopausal thinning hairline. I'll need to experiment with the powders to get just the right shade of (bottle) blonde, and of course there will be some trial-and-error as I learn how to apply it correctly. As soon as I get the hang of both procedures, I'll report back as to my final results. |

| I also just called and spoke to Bonnie Germer, the woman who's picture is shown on their website. What a great lady. Since I have ash blonde highlighted hair she will be sending me several samples to try. They also can customize your color at no additional cost. The different colors they offer is amazing. Having thinning hair is very stressful, especially when you speak with someone and they look at your hair (or in my case pink scalp peeking through my thin hair) instead of your face. I hope this product is the answer to my prayers. Can't wait to get it and try it. I'll report back. |

| I got my sample kit. They send your a couple tiny packets of colored powder, different shades close to the color you specify, and a tiny applicator, and the mixing container is the same thing that dipping sauces come in when you order a pizza. Real simple, but I suppose it does the job! |
