| Did not recieve my order. Did not get an email or a call. I should have know better when it would not save the apt. # on my order. There was a spot for special instructions so I put it there . It was saved on the confirmation email thou. Very dissapointed. |

| I ordered On August 1st and still have not received my order as of August 15th. I'm not happy with their service. I know they service my area because the truck stops across the street. I quess, I'm going to have to call and see what's up.I will not order anything from them again. |

| I had a little trouble with the ordering, it's supposed to show in the conformation e-mail that it is free but mine did not. I called up the company and they will get it all straightend out for me and I should be hearing from them in a few days. I will get it for free he said. Love this site. Thank you. Higest ratings. I ordered a gallon of chocolate malt twist icecream. |

| Never got call about delivery date. After a week I found my delivery date on line. Driver did not have my charge card number even though I completed it for my additional ordered items. My husband had to send him away since he didn't have the info & I wasn't home, cause he called me during a meeting and I said if he doesn't have it tell him to forget it & I will worry tomorrow about where my cc info went. Well the driver came back an hour later & said he got the cc info now, but then left two incorrect items and a cracked soup container...which he did say he would leave, but bring me a new one in two weeks. I called the 800 number and the gal was very helpful & called the driver while I was on hold. The driver called me back & is headed back my way to correct the delivery of wrong items. Not my best experience, but I have hope. |

| I just signed up for my free icecream :) I used to get this service long ago and they stopped coming. I am excited to try some new things, and just might start getting regular shipments again. |

| I hope this pans out because we get stuff from Schwans on a regular basis, we're on the regular route where they stop by our house every two weeks. Their products are great and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anybody! To be able to get free stuff from them is just a bonus! |

| I was to have my order delivered on Aug 12th. According to an email I got from Swhwans. Driver did not show up or called. I contacted the company to find out what happened. Instead of telling me the driver forgot me. I was told I was due for delivery next week. when I told them what they did not want to tell me. customer service agreed. I canceled the order and will not every order anything from them again. |

Love this! i never knew you could order online.. considering this for future meals. i got the 8 pack quarter ib burger. didnt have to pay tax either! it was easy and fast. delivery date is saturday so i'm happy and excited for them. now i gotta run and get buns and sides!

I've ordered from Schwan's in the past but only $12 here and there for my favorite Bagel dogs w/cheese when they delivered to my loyal Schwan's neighbor/friend. Today I ordered $59.00 worth including the $10.00 promotion! I never realized I could make orders online and I LOVE LOVE that idea! I just never wanted to make orders from the catalog without knowing how good or bad something might be. On the website every product has customer reviews and that was VERY helpful in making decisions!! I ordered single serving 5" pizzas, mini breakfast pizzas, curly fries, regular fries, Fiesta Chicken dinner for 2, corn dogs and ice cream sandwiches. Based on reviews I can't wait :)

| I ordered from Schwans and everything went just as promised! Got my ice cream bars today and really didn't have to pay a thing. The delivery man was very friendly, and I am sure I will be ordering from them again! The bars were rich and creamy and chocolatey! |
