The form was fairly short and easy to fill out. Purina is a good company. I hope it comes!

We're just starting our Kennel and since we don't have one litter per year yet we didn't qualify, but will try again as we build our numbers.

As a former breeder of cocker spaniels these came in handy. I was able to give my buyers very professional folders with their health records and their AKC certificate. At that time they also supplied bags that i could fill with a sample of the puppy chow that they had been eating. There was also coupons to help them get started. I had no trouble filling out the form and looking forward to getting my kit!

What a CROCK! You have to go through a thousand pages of
junk checking NO to everything or getting taken to ANOTHER thousand pages and questions. These people don't want to give you anything; all they want you to do is sign up for OTHER OFFERS. |

Way too many questions, just want the free offer and not have to go through 100 things and check no took 10 minutes of my time and still needed to have 4 dogs or breed a litter a year to receive free sample - NOT WORTH THE TIME.

I am glad that I found this. When I bought my puppy, I was given this kit with him. In the kit there was a place for all of his papers. I also breed dogs. Thank you for this information.

I'm a breeder. The puppy kit is the folder. It just comes with a coupon for a few dollars off a bag of puppy food. As a breeder I get coupons for free bags. It's a decent kit. My new puppy owners love these.

I received the folder and card too. I have still yet to receive any puppy kits. The folder came about a month ago. If you have received puppy kits, how long did it take?

If you do have a breeding operation then it is good because they will send up to ten puppy starter kits and ten kitten starter kits. Is very nice to send home with the puppys so the new owner knows what you feed them. Worth the trouble!!!!!

I love my puppy kits! It allowed me to send sample bags of food home with my new puppy owners and also gave them an information booklet as well as a nice little folder to store pet information and 3 and 5 dollar off coupons for future dog food! Really great if you have puppies!

Yeah, I'm not sure what everybody is complaining about. I just received mine today. They let me sign up for all three puppy kinds and all three came. They are very nice kits! I now get 3 free bags of dog food. Some people mentioned about kitten kits, I can't find where to request one?

This is not for someone who just got a new puppy this is for breeders to insure that their puppies have adiquit care and records. Most people trashing this starter kit clearly didn't READ!!!!

I wish I cold have read the comments first. What a crock for a free sample of dog food. If you have several minutes to go one ad after another page and another page go for it.

I wish I had read the other comments before I bothered to register. The process started with questions that had nothing to do with dogs! Way too many questions. Not worth it.
