| it kept telling me password was incorrect then it said i was at my maximum tries for the user. guess i will never try the product. i like the samples before i actually buy them. |

| When I tried to fill out the information to receive a free sample coupon it continually said information incomplete so I couldn't print the coupon. Guess I will never know what the product or if my pets would like it...Too bad. |

| Great coupon. I absolutely love Pro Plan and I'm not going to feed my animals anything else; however, it only printed out a $3 coupon instead of $5. But, oh well, it's still money off! |

| I had no trouble at all with this one. Once you fill in and submit your info a screen comes up to prompt you to print. click print. Then another screen comes up to tell you how to print. If you can not print just click on HELP in the bottom right corner. You'll get a screen where you can enter your address and have them mail your coupon to you. Thats what I did because my printer is down right now. |

| The coupon printed is only available at PETCO...unfortunately, we dont have those in Ohio. |

| I'm not even sure I'm replying to the right one. I did call because it didn't print and I received 2 coupons in the mail. Each coupon was up to to $3.69 for pouches of purina so I got 2 3oz. pouches purina friskies for hairballs. My cat has lots of problems with hairballs. She's always throwing up from hairballs. Hopefully it works. I'll buy more if it helps. The envelope said Nestle Purina Petcare.. |

| I was unable to print coupon so I called customer service 1-800-776-7526 and they are sending free samples as well as coupons for cat and dog food. My dogs eat Pro Plan sensitive skin and stomach, it is a great food. Their coats are beautiful. |
