| If you want to speak to a real person, press "0"; you'll be on hold for awhile. But, you will get an operator who'll take your info. I was told to wait 4-6 weeks. |

| I called for the free samples and i got a machine asking for address and how i found out about this.It was so easy,plus the fact i like using an answering machine rather than having to speak to someone.Hope it comes they say 3 to 4 weeks. |
