| This form was so easy to complete and I finally made it in time this time. I sure hope this comes! It said about 6 weeks in the mail, so I am looking forward to getting it. |

| I WAS AMAZED how fast it came and the best part, the store i went to had a sale for 10 pack singles for 85 cents which is the max value for the free certificate. all i paid was a few cents for tax...this is a great freebie |
