If you have already subscribed the system will not let you subscribe again with the same email address, otherwise you would recieve the same newsletter twice.

hmmmmm, We respond to every email that arrives. Perhaps you were sendng it to the wrong email address or have us mixed up with someone else ?

If you order directly from the company website the products are shipped within 2 days. But then you will have to pay for them. We are independent representatives, therefore WE buy the products from the company and send them to you for free (our cost). We could have run out of a specific sample or we may have met our budget for the week. But either way if you provided your address details you WILL recieve your sample.

| I ordered a free sample for this nearly 1 month ago now and still haven't seen anything, also I thought I would try again just in case they forgot all about it and it wont even let you request one. Well it does but then when you click for your sample it just gives you a new window for the website and doesn't activate your request. Is this the norm? |

| Ordered on Jan 4th, Received on Feb. 3rd. Got a soothing cleanser and a body wash. Excellent communication. Received several emails from them plus newsletter. Haven't had a chance to try, yet. Will report back when I do. Thank you Lifestle Organics and Mysavings. |

| I hope this product works and is great for my skin. I have been looking everywhere for a all nature skin product that actally works(for once)and doesn't string my skin because, I have allery probems with chemicals such as Soduim Sulfate. |

| no matter how many times i have tried none of the emails i have recieved back have had anything to do with samples. I would like to try this product so if anyone could help i would be very greatful |
