| The form was quick and easy, and it gave several sample choices. The sample came very quickly (less than two weeks - it was the first sample I received!). I chose the brewer's yeast and they sent a fairly generous little packet. Unfortunately, it tasted pretty gross, even when I mixed it with a bowl of yogurt. But I can't complain - it was free, after all, and it's supposed to be very good for you. I would suggest mixing it with a big pot of stew. |
