| You are sent one packet with two tablets in it. There was also a coupon promotion attached, but it arrived too late and it was expired before I could use it. Otherwise, a good product. |

Just attempted to contact the toll-free number & got busy tone.
Will attempt again tomorrow, or perhaps try the Customer Service toll-free number to see if a free sample can be sent.

| I received this and it works. I have restless leg and the company makes one just for that and it dosen't have the Quinine in it. |
