I could not get it in English at all. I'm glad that I understand Spanish. Don't know if it will come because it only asked for my last name though. They should have someone in English to speak to not just a computer in Spanish.

| Whoa! VERY heavy accent! Very difficult to understand. We'll see if this sample comes through. Filling out a form would have been a lot easier but I appreciate the chance to get a sample of the product. |

| Wow you guys weren't kidding about the heavy spanish accent on that woman but I'll help you peeps out about what she says. First she asks for the 2 digit month of your birthday then the 2 digit day of the month then the 4 digit year of b-day. Then she asks you to say your name and spell out the last name after saying. Then she asks for the street address and to spell out any difficult words. Then she asks for city and state and to spell out any difficult words. Last she asks for your 10 digit phone number. Hope I've helped anybody that has trouble understanding I know I had to listen super carefully. |

| Couldn't understand any of the words that were being spoken, it was all in Spanish. Not everyone understands Spanish, which I don't. But thanks to another customer for translating what was said I'll give it another try & hope it actually works. |

eh hi there i gave it a try of what u said and the lady hangs up after i put in my day date year then it hangs up on me? does that mean i did it correct... before i did everything u said but i dont know if it went threw?

| I agree, very heavy accent. Do not press 3 for the conditions. Just press 2 and then 1. They would have made out better if you could just fill out a simple form on their website instead of going through this call. |
