| I went with my mum and we printed out our vouchers and we got free coffees but he charged us $8.00 for 2 pieces of raisin toast! Later I asked how much a piece of raisin toast was, and he said $3.50, and gave me 50c back and refused to give me my other 50c back. I was shocked and had to notify the head office of this dodgy operator. |

| I joined both my husband and I. We redeemed the voucher the other day without any problems. Not bad coffee either! Oh and the brandy snap cookies are yum! |
