| I hope it actually went through. As soon as I completed the form another appeared, I completed it again and it happened again, so far not pleased. I really want to try the cream, I need it. |

| I found it strange that the form had you check a box that said that you agreed to the terms and conditions, but there was no information on the terms and conditions that you were agreeing to. |
