| I thought the site was confusing and frustrating; kept making me go the products' individual websites. I almost gave up, but then I finally figured it out. After you've checked all the boxes you want samples of, then go down to the bottom of the page & press "Submit." I didn't see that for the first million times I tried to just "enter." Now, I hope I'll get my 3 samples! |

| It does come up Head & Shoulders, but after you've created an identity you have the choice of Head & Shoulders or Freshmates, or both. |

| I had no problems ordering my sample. You have to register/signup on their website. It didn't take too long. You get an opportunity to get more than one sample. I got a head & shoulder, heartburn meds & the charmin wipes. We'll see if they come in. |

| I tried to get my sample - I have an account - but everytime I sign in I get taken to an update your profile page - I am required to fill out fields - the Gender question is grayed out so I can't select anything - and I try to submit and it tells me to fill out gender - frustrating! |

| You have to register at P&G solutions first, but this i fast and easy. You will allowed to select several samples includif shampoo, conditioner, charmin, asacol and more. Nice! Thanks my savings! |
