My kit came very quick and I mailed my kit back to them over a week ago and kept checking their website for the status and it always said "in transit to their facility" so I called their customer service which took me TWO days of calling before I got thru to anyone. I was told today that it is there and it would take several more days before I would get a check. I'll have to wait & see. So far not going very well. UPDATE: Got a check almost 3 weeks after I sent my kit back. It was ok, maybe a few dollars more than I would have gotten from a local pawn shop

This kit came within about 2 days of requesting it. I don't know if they pay you well but I live in NY and have found from previous experience that jewelers around here give you nothing for old stuff so it's worth a try the shipping is free so you've go nothing to lose!

Your kit will come (a plastic ziplock bag and an envelope), but I was told they don't pay nearly as much as if you go to a place in person. That's what I recommend and did.
