| I'm sure it'd be nice if you could ever get through! I also tried for the free lip balm only to get through once and when I hit submit the offer was already full. I think I'll pass on this as well. Good luck to everyone else though. I have never tried so hard for a freebie and I sign up for stuff daily! |

I tried today's (08/25/09) offer; I filled out the short questionnaire; was then directed to a page where a coupon would be printed out. Coupon print-out page did not function. I gave up.

| I tried three times yesterday and got a page saying it didin't start til 8/10, but it was 8/10. What was the problem? Today it said that I didn't qualify. Go figure. |

| It is for free acne solution. The lip balm comments are because Burt's Bee's last giveaway was for lip balm and it was a mess. They released so many lip balms to give away each day, they posted on their site that it was a "game" to guess when they would be released and if you just happened to be on the site when they were released (anytime from midnight to the next midnight), the limited number for that day was gone in a few seconds. If you were lucky enough to get through and signed up, they would say that they were out of supply...a mess! |

| I have been through that "Burt Bee Site" for the Lip Balm thing and I never got through. That was the most aggravating attempt to try to get a Lip Balm. When I finally got through, they were all gone. Believe me, I try for a byzillion sample products and I've never had such a hard time. I won't even attempt this one. |
