If you purchased Blue Diamond Almond Breeze or Blue Diamond Nut products you may qualify to receive a cash payment when you file a claim in their class action settlement.
Those who purchased it between May 28, 2009 and Nov.18, 2016 and packaging bore the statement “All Natural” or “Natural” on any part of the package (other than the ingredients list); listed “evaporated cane juice” as an ingredient; contained an endorsement from the American Heart Association; and/or did not specifically disclose the amount of almonds included in the product, you may be entitled to receive a $20+ settlement payment.
All claims must be filed no later than 4/13/17.
