| the cutest sample ever., came straight away ive used this before when my kiddies have had really raw bottoms and its absolutly amazing. grab yourself a tester, better still take my word fot it it really is the best. |

| Received a 3.5ml tube of ointment within 3-4 weeks, so good sample size - thank you. Have used it on my 3 year old a few times as he is still in nappies at night. It certainly appears to be effective as any redness did disappear and coincidentally I found the dry skin on my hands eased. However, I didn't like the smell of it and found it quite sticky to apply which caused his skin to drag when rubbing it in, so application wasn't as easy as with some other products. |

| Filled out the simple survey and got a small tube sized sample sent out. There was plenty of product to determine if it would work or not. Will def be buying in future as it works better than other cream we had bought. |
