Have used it on my 3 year old a few times as he is still in nappies at night. It certainly appears to be effective as any redness did disappear and coincidentally I found the dry skin on my hands eased. However, I didn't like the smell of it and found it quite sticky to apply which caused his skin to drag when rubbing it in, so application wasn't as easy as with some other products.
