| I got my kit awhile ago. It came with 4 coupons. 2 of the coupons were for 2 free jars of beech nut baby food. The only 2 I can't remember what they were. |

I submitted the form last year sometime and never got the kit but I called the 800 and received a coupon for 2 free jars of baby food within about 6 weeks.
so call in instead |
