| Very easy. I spoke with Lisa, she was very informative and pleasant. I have 2 grandchildren under 13 months old and Lisa is sending out a parents pack for both! How awesome is that? (We use Beech Nut products already, but it's nice to receive samples and coupons. Win Win! |

| they were very nice on the phone all they ask was my address and how many children i have and told me they would get it all sent out to me right away!!! Loved the customer service from them. |

| Just called, and as with everyone else's experience, the lady was so nice! I inquired about when the coupons expire because I am due in August and plan to breastfeed for a bit. She said December 31st 2009 at first, but put me on hold to find out that they are actually good till June 2010! Thanks mysavings and beechnut!! |

| Called on 4/07/09 and received on 4/15/09. The people was very nice and sent sample and coupons as promised. It was a one serving sample of dry rice in a pack but alot of good coupons. |

| Very easy. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant! I told her that I have two new babies on the way one due December 29th and one due April 27th! (I'm the grandmom). She asked what the first baby's due date is and my address and then she told me to make sure I call back after the first baby is born so she could send me out another parents pack for my second grandchild! WoW. I love beech nut product anyway. double bonus! |
