| Now they have my name, address, and e-mail address. But I have no coupon. Not a good way to establish a mailing list, or to get customers' confidence in the business. |

| Printed fine on my PC, but my friend had problems on her Mac with the coupon page having writing all over it. but I printed out enough for both of us today and it worked great. I don't like the smell of the lotion too much though. |

I noted there wasn't a way to print. So wrote down code for online and will be going directly to Bath and Body Works.
