I agree with charlyangel...this guy will never get ahead selling his products if he doesn't want to give out a free sample for folks to try. I too opted not to bother with his site. What a shame since most folks are looking to go green these days.

After scanning the comments below, I opted not to request a free sample. I mean, who wants to deal with a company that whines about people asking for samples of their product. The majority of people ask for a sample because they just might decide they really like the product - and may become an avid user - and spread the word about it.

I sent an email asking for sample as I never received one before. Told them they can call me. Will see what happens.

Footnote: Ok, thankfully this is a somewhat funny anecdote, but suffice to say I've gotten many people asking for free samples lately, and this is why they must be verified before I go through the expense (to myself & the environment) of shipping a sample: I get a form filled out with a name (let's say John), phone, address and a comment that says: i wanted to try a sample please. I have an 11 month old boy and we are trying very hard to keep harsh chemicals OUT of our home. But the down side is that lack of a pleasant smell , here's hoping somthing new is what we needed I pulled this one out of the pile of people I needed to respond to and took a deep breath, and made the call. I got a gentleman on the phone, I asked if it was "John". I was all ready to talk about how that "clean smell" were the very chemicals added to conventional cleaning products that we should be worried about. If you want your home to smell any particular way try potpourri, essential oils, or incense. "Clean" has no smell! Lo & behold I had "John"'s father on the phone. There was no 11 month old child and "John" was an 8 year old boy requesting free product samples and giving out his home information on the internet in exactly the way children shouldn't be (I know my son would be signing up for free samples too, so I'm not MAD about it, but I am ALARMED!). Between that, and people filling in fake phone numbers or email addresses, if you don't respond to our mailing list sign-up, a phone call, or an email, you won't get your sample in the mail. At a cost of several dollars per person for a single sample to be sent out, I have to be very firm on this issue. If you're a real adult, and not lying just to get something for free, you'll get your sample: It may take a while to get back to you. Thank you for understanding!

I too requested a sample many months ago. Would love to receive it - I am trying to slowly change all my cleaning products over in my house to "green" - but it is really expensive.
