Other users tell me it also improves the complexion and they feel generally more refereshed in the morning. Against a background where one in four people have sleep disturbance problems this product is a real massive contribution to society. Thank goodness one can buy it in hundreds of health food stores across Britain, and I understand it has just won the Highly Commended award at a national food trade show.
